Competent Clinicians

CVAP has competent Board Certified Behavior Analysts and clinicians highly skilled in delivering evidence-based, intensive comprehensive and focused Applied Behavior Analysis intervention for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our clinicians have a minimum of 5 years of direct, applied experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Our clinicians use a scientific, behavior analytic approach to identifying core skill and behavioral deficits and excesses.

Behavior management plans and systematic programming are then developed to help the individual acquire critical skills and behaviors to be successfully integrated into society. CVAP’s evidence-based interventions, along with  our proficiently skilled and trained clinicians, have produced successful outcome and long-term benefits for significant numbers of individuals.

For over 25 years, clinicians have been trained within CVAP by our own seasoned BCBAs. It is the unique culture of CVAP that allows internal growth for our staff members as they gain adequate education at leading universities and valuable, proven “on the job training” with our valued clients.
